Adventure Race fans, please save the date of: SATURDAY, JUNE 4,2011

We are gearing up for our next race called “Destination:Unknown”.  This year, we will have two races running simultaneously. The race will start in the Warsaw / Winona Lake, Indiana (IN) area and will go to new areas. 

The first one is a traditional fun race

·         4-hour max.

·         For beginners & families

·         Hiking/Running/Basic Navigation

·         Mountain Biking

·         Mental and physical challenges

·         Water event(s) NO BOAT REQUIRED [you will get wet!]

The second race is much more grueling will be fun; a Triathlon on steroids.

·         8 hour max

·         For serious racers

·         No one under age 18 allowed

·         Hiking/Running/Orienteering

·         Biking

·         Water event(s) NO BOAT REQUIRED [you will get wet and dirty]

·         Mental and physical challenges

Both races will leave you sweaty, muddy, exhausted but extremely proud of yourself!  There will be fun prizes and custom trophies. A 2011 Specialized Stumpjumper M5 Frame is one prize (29er).  Everyone who finishes the race will be eligible for door prizes

Some important dates to remember:

·         Today through May 7: Early Registration ($35/person)

·         May 7-21  Registration Fee is $45/person

·         May 21: DEADLINE to enter

·         June 4, 2011 is the Race Date

 If you think you know what is coming...you are wrong! Destination:Unknown will have two races [more information listed below pictures] running simultaneously, one for beginner and family racers [a maximum of 4 hours] or a MUCH tougher race   [ a maximum of 8 hours] for teams (2 - 4 per team) wishing for a challenge. Either choice will leave you sweaty, muddy, exhausted and hopefully, with a great sense of accomplishment. Please do not delay and sign up today. The last day to enter the race is May 21. There are some very unique aspects to this race of which you will not be privy to until we have your paid registration. Anyone who enters is eligible to win either a 2011 Stumpjumper 29er frame (you pick the size) or an $800.00 gift certificate from the Trailhouse bike shop! We appreciate EVERY racer. 100% of the money rasied from this race go to a Grace College Scholarship.
